What we collect
When you request quotes we collect your name, contact details, postcode and the answers you give about your home and boiler. When you contact us we keep the messages you send. We don’t collect anything we don’t need to arrange your quotes.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with up to three vetted installers, send you their fixed prices, and follow up once about those quotes. If you book an installation, we share your details with the one installer you chose so they can arrange the work.
Who we share it with
Installers quoting on your job see your job details and postcode area, but not your phone number. Only the installer you choose receives your full contact details. We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with marketing companies.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for 24 months so we can honour warranties and handle any follow-up, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@upgrademyboiler.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
