No. Your answers and a few photos are enough for installers to give a fixed price. Your chosen installer confirms the details with you before installation day, and if anything material changes you approve it first.
Are the installers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, every installer on our platform is Gas Safe registered. We check their registration number, insurance and recent customer reviews before they can quote, and re-check registration monthly.
How quickly can my new boiler be installed?
Most customers have their new boiler installed within 48 hours of accepting a quote. Next-day installation is often available if you accept before mid-afternoon.
What does the fixed price include?
Everything: the boiler, parts, labour, a system flush, a magnetic filter, VAT and removal of your old boiler. There are no call-out fees and no surprises on the day.
Can I spread the cost?
